Primetime Terms of Service

Welcome to the Primetime Network. By accessing or using the Primetime Minecraft server, website, forums, store, vote pages, Discord, or any related services (“Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.


 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Primetime Services, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for your account and actions.
  • You will follow all server rules and policies.
  • You understand these Terms may change at any time.

Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.


 

2. Community Conduct

All users must maintain respectful behavior within the Primetime community.

The following actions are prohibited:

  • Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
  • Hate speech or discriminatory language
  • Exploiting bugs, dupes, glitches, or loopholes
  • Hacking, cheating, autoclickers, macros, or unauthorized modifications
  • Attempting to damage or disrupt the server or website
  • Impersonating staff members or other players
  • Advertising external servers, products, or communities without permission
  • Posting illegal, NSFW, or malicious content

Primetime staff reserve the right to punish any behavior deemed harmful to the community.


 

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your:

  • Minecraft account
  • Website account
  • Forum account

Sharing accounts is done at your own risk.

Primetime is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by weak passwords, account sharing, phishing, or compromised devices.


 

4. Store Purchases

Purchases made through the Primetime store are for virtual items only, including but not limited to:

  • Ranks
  • Crates
  • Keys
  • Cosmetics
  • In-game perks
  • Currency
  • Other digital content

All purchases are:

  • Non-transferable
  • Non-refundable unless required by law
  • Subject to change for balancing or gameplay purposes

Primetime reserves the right to:

  • Modify item values or features
  • Remove abused or exploited items
  • Reset balances or inventories when necessary

Virtual items hold no real-world monetary value.


 

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

All payments are considered final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute may result in:

  • Permanent suspension from the server
  • Revocation of purchased items
  • Restrictions from future purchases

If you experience payment issues, contact staff before filing disputes.


 

6. Voting Systems

Primetime may provide rewards for voting on third-party Minecraft server lists.

The following are prohibited:

  • Vote manipulation
  • Alternate account abuse
  • VPN or proxy abuse
  • Automated voting systems

Violation of voting rules may result in removal of rewards or account punishment.

Primetime is not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party vote websites.


 

7. Forums & User Content

By posting content on the Primetime website or forums, you grant Primetime permission to:

  • Store submitted content
  • Display posted content publicly
  • Moderate or remove content
  • Use content for server-related purposes

You are solely responsible for the content you post.

Primetime reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or community guidelines.


 

8. Third-Party Services

Primetime may integrate with third-party services including:

  • Discord
  • Payment providers
  • Vote sites
  • External authentication systems

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services or websites.

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios and Microsoft. Primetime is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.


 

9. Service Availability

Primetime Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of:

  • Continuous uptime
  • Error-free functionality
  • Permanent availability of features or items

We reserve the right to:

  • Restart servers
  • Reset economies
  • Modify gameplay
  • Disable features
  • Shut down services temporarily or permanently

without prior notice.


 

10. Privacy

By using Primetime Services, you acknowledge that limited information may be collected, including:

  • IP addresses
  • Device/browser information
  • Minecraft usernames
  • Purchase history
  • Forum activity

This information may be used for:

  • Security
  • Fraud prevention
  • Moderation
  • Improving services


 

11. Enforcement

Primetime staff may issue:

  • Warnings
  • Mutes
  • Temporary bans
  • Permanent bans
  • Item removals
  • Economy resets

for violations of these Terms or server rules.

Attempts to evade punishments may result in permanent removal from all Primetime Services.


 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primetime is not liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Downtime
  • Account loss
  • Lost virtual items
  • Financial damages
  • Third-party service failures

Use of the Services is at your own risk.
